Blake tells Wayne Tony tried to kick her out

 Wayne: (Looking upset) Hey, Tony, I need to talk to you.

Tony: (Neutral) What's up, Wayne?

Wayne: Blake told me you tried to kick her out. Is that true?

Tony: (Defensively) Well, she's been causing a lot of problems lately.

Wayne: Like what?

Tony: (Hesitantly) She's been loud, messy, and she hasn't been paying rent on time.

Wayne: But is kicking her out really the solution?

Tony: (Frustrated) I'm just trying to maintain a peaceful living environment for everyone.

Wayne: (Concerned) Have you considered talking to her about these issues instead of resorting to eviction?

Tony: (Sighs) I've tried, but she's not willing to listen.

Wayne: (Persuasively) Maybe there's another way. Have you thought about mediation or getting legal advice?

Tony: (Reluctantly) I guess I could.

Wayne: (Reassured) I think that's a good idea. Let's try to find a solution that works for everyone.
